[Abstract] Objective: To investigate the effect of early treatments on blood glucose and pregnancy outcomes in patients with gestational diabetes. Methods: 86 patients with gestational diabetes in our hospital were divided into two groups, the intervention group, 43 patients received early treatment, the control group, 43 patients received routine care, the two groups of fasting and postprandial 1h, 2h postprandial blood sugar levels and pregnancy outcomes. Results: After the treatment, intervention reference 2h postprandial glucose and fasting blood glucose levels compared with those before treatment was significantly decreased (P <0.05), and the intervention group was significantly lower than reference group (P <0.05); adverse pregnancy intervention group the incidence of outcome (6.98%, 3/43) was significantly lower than the reference group (25.58%, 11/43), P <0.05. Conclusion: Early treatment can effectively control blood sugar levels in patients with gestational diabetes, reduce the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes.
