abstract<br>The process planning route of mechanical component processing is an important means to achieve product design concept, quality assurance, and reduce production costs. It is an important basis for enterprises to prepare for production, plan scheduling, process operations, production safety, technical testing, and improve labor organization. It is also a technical guarantee for enterprises to improve variety, quality, and level, accelerate product updates, and improve economic benefits. The specialized fixtures for machining components are also an important component of the manufacturing system. Good fixture design can improve product labor productivity, ensure and improve processing accuracy, reduce production costs, and expand the range of machine tool use, thereby improving product efficiency and reducing costs while ensuring precision. This article first analyzes the process regulations for the lifting pulley shaft of container cranes from the perspectives of cross-sectional design analysis, selection of inner and outer surface treatment methods, and preparation of processing procedures. Then, it selects materials, plans processing plans, selects processing equipment, and optimizes the design of processing fixtures. The process regulations and specialized fixture design for mechanical component processing were a comprehensive application of theory and practice after completing all undergraduate courses, which further improved my professional knowledge and skills and laid the foundation for future professional and technical work.<br>Keywords: Crane; Pulley shaft; Process procedures; Fixture design
