The influence of the geometric structure change of the trailing edge of the centrifugal impeller on the performance of the model is analyzed. For a centrifugal impeller with thickened blades at both ends of the arc, after the trailing edge of the blade is milled along the disc (wheel cover), the total pressure ratio and energy head coefficient of the impeller show a translational decrease in all operating conditions, and there are more impellers. The variable efficiency, flow range and velocity distribution of the impeller outlet airflow are almost unaffected.
