So our first goal is to increase teenage interest to exercise one of the main reason why teenage lack of exercising it’s because of the lack of family support in doing daily physical exercise, so during the exercises, we will encourage more and support our participants because sometimes peer support is quite important during exercise and if there is someone push you and support you, is easily push yourself to the limit and this really important during exercise.
