Use of a jig or/and an inspection control sheet .This component will have to be measured with a jig and/or an instruction control sheet given by Schneider. No measurement will have to be launched without this jig. Ref of the jig / instruction control sheet : Non applicable Level of quality required on parts and sending of Measurement Report 1) First Report before the end of the tool development in the supplier Suppliers can give a first measurement report to show the conformity level for the batch delivered to Schneider before the end of their tool development. This report is only for information. Neither acceptance nor refusal won't be given by Design Department. No quality level is required. 2) Measurement Report at the end of the tool development in the supplier, and after validation of the process by Schneider The first official Measurement Report can be sent if it satisfy the following quality requirements , or after agreement of Schneider : - 100 % of reference frame dimensions are good. (see the "comments" of the dimensions) - 100 % of the critical parameters are good. - 80 % of the other parameters are good. The first official Measurement Report can be sent. It will contain all the verifications specified in this Verification Plan ("measure" and "non measurable or attribute"). It will be analysed by Design Department. 3) Condition of acceptance of the part The part is accepted when : 1. the part is conform according to the measurement report, 2. Schneider doesn't find during the internal verification some shapes without dimensions but defined on the 3D and non conform acording the general tolerancing specified in the GTS due to mistakes in the tooling. The conformity is obtained after agreement of Schneider or adjustment of the tooling/part REMARQUE IMORTANTE POUR LE FOURNISSEUR Des vérifications complémentaires (mesures, essais) pourront être demandées si des non-conformités aux spécifications 2D/3D/GT&S/Matière sont détectées en cours de vérification/validation produit. IMPORTANT NOTA FOR THE SUPPLIER Complementary controls (measurements, tests) will able to be required if nonconformities with 2D/3D/GT&S/Material specifications are detected during Product Verification/Validation.
