On the basis of consulting relevant literatures, the pre-set and self-adaptive functional composition and calculation process of the finishing mill unit in the computer control system of hot continuous rolling are studied. The main task of this project is to study the setting and self-adaptive of the 1700mm hot strip continuous rolling mill to improve the thickness accuracy and product quality of sheet steel.

On the basis of consulting the relevant literature, the pre-set and adaptive function composition and calculation process of the pre-set and adaptive rolling unit in the computer control system of hot rolling are studied. The main research on the setting and adaptive of 1700mm strip steel hot-rolled finishing unit is carried out in this topic to improve the accuracy of plate strip steel thickness and product quality.
