Single crystal growth of organic-inorganic perovskites can date back to 1978 when Weber firstly reported the molecular structures of MAPbX3 and MASnX3.Up to now, many methods can be used to grow perovskite single crystals, including solution temperature-lowering (STL) method, inverse temperature crystallization (ITC) method and anti-solvent vaporassistedcrystallization (AVC) method. All of them can produce organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite single crystals by slowly reducing the solubility of the target samples in a precursorsolution. In section 2, the typical methods of growing organicinorganic hybrid perovskite single crystals are discussed in detail.
