With the development of iron and steel industry, the output and quality of natural ore can not meet the needs of blast furnace smelting, and can not directly smelt refined ore powder and natural ore powder from a large number of poor ores. From the perspective of sustainable development, we must replace natural ore with artificial ore, which can not only develop and utilize iron ore resources, solve the shortage of natural ore, but also improve the smelting performance of artificial ore, and provide new raw materials for the further development of high-quality steel industry. The so-called artificial rich ore refers to the fine ore powder, the rich ore powder and the furnace ash which can not directly enter the smelting powder in the furnace to be processed into the high-grade iron bearing raw material block with good smelting performance. Sintering is one of the methods to produce artificial ore.The so-called sintering means that the raw materials, fuel and flux containing iron are mixed in a certain proportion and then sintered in the sintering machine; under the action of high temperature, a series of physical and chemical reactions take place in the mixture. Some of the fusible materials in the mixture will soften and melt to produce a certain amount of liquid phase. With the decrease of temperature, the fine ore particles are bound into a block by liquid phase material, which is called sinter.
