[Abstract] Objective: To observe the safety and effectiveness of the treatment of acute cerebral infarct (ACI) with Danhong injection. Methods: 84 patients with ACI admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to November 2019 were randomly divided into a reference group and a treatment group, 42 cases in each. The reference group was treated with sodium ozagrel injection on the basis of conventional treatment. The treatment group was treated with Danhong injection on the basis of the reference group; the triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC), and high-density lipoprotein C (HDL) were compared between the two groups -C) Three blood lipid index levels; compare the clinical effectiveness and the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups. Results: Before treatment, the above two groups had no significant difference in blood lipid index (P> 0.05). After treatment, the reference group had no significant change in the above index levels (P> 0.05). The levels of TG and TC in the treatment group were significantly lower than before treatment. HDL-C level was significantly increased (P <0.05), compared with the reference group, the difference was statistically significant (both P <0.05); the clinical effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the reference group (P <0.05); the two groups were bad The difference in reaction rate was not significant (P> 0.05). Conclusion: On the basis of ozagrel sodium injection combined with Danhong injection treatment, can significantly improve the blood lipid level of patients with ACI, improve clinical efficacy without increasing adverse reactions.
