3.2.3 Physical-chemical activation method <br>Physical-chemical activation method refers to a combination of chemical and physical methods to prepare an activation method. This is a novel activation method. It has mutual assistance in terms of cost, process complexity and pore size distribution control. It is usually used to study pore structure regulation. Before physical activation, the precursor needs to be chemically modified. The physical-chemical activation method not only effectively controls the pore size and specific surface area of activated carbon, but also controls the type of pores. Porous carbon materials containing only mesopores or only micropores can be prepared according to different requirements.
