During the study period, the author issued a "Questionnaire for the Self-study of English Online Learning for Junior Middle School Students" to understand the situation of students' self-study of English using the Internet. This questionnaire is mainly divided into three parts, they are: 1) the use of online self-learning platform for junior high school students; 2) the factors affecting online English learning; 3) the effect of online English autonomous learning. In the first part, the use of the self-learning platform of English for middle school students consists of seven questions. The questions are in the form of single-choice and multiple-choice questions. The second part mainly studies the factors that affect students' online English learning, and the questions are all in the form of multiple choice questions. The third part studies the effect of autonomous learning on Internet. This part uses the form of multiple choice questions, multiple choice questions, and question and answer questions.

During the research period, the author distributed to the students a questionnaire on the self-learning of english network for junior high school students, aiming to understand the situation of students using the Network for self-learning in English. This questionnaire is divided into three parts, they are: 1) junior high school students network independent learning platform use, 2) affect the factors of online English learning, 3) network English independent learning effect. In the first part, there are seven questions on the use of the English network self-learning platform for middle school students, which adopt the method of single-choice and multi-choice questions. The third part studies the effect of online English autonomous learning. This part is in the form of single choice questions, multiple choice questions and question and answer questions.<br>
