Research and Simulation of chaotic circuit with three memristors<br>Rong Xuwei Wu Shu Hua Ma Zhi Chun Mu Wei<br>College of physics and mechatronics, Shijiazhuang University, Hebei Province, 050035<br>Abstract: a six dimensional chaotic circuit system is constructed by using a charge controlled memristor and two magnetically controlled memristors. The chaotic characteristics of the system are verified by analyzing the Lyapunov exponent, bifurcation diagram, Poincare cross section and the energy output characteristics of the memristor. With the change of the parameters of negative conductance element, the new system can switch between periodic, chaotic and their equilibrium points. When the system parameters are fixed and the initial conditions are changed, the coexistence attractor appears. The simulation results are consistent with the theoretical analysis.<br>Key words: memristor; chaotic circuit; negative conductance; coexisting attractor<br>
