The dissemination of health information in network media has the characteristics of wide coverage and fast dissemination, but it has certain restrictions on the formation of college students' healthy behavior. Peer education is a more participatory and flexible health education, which is centered on the educated, sharing information, values and behaviors of people of the same social status or age, and exerting the role of peer influence. Li equal analysis of the health literacy of college students in Hunan Province, found that 61.4% of students through classmates and friends to obtain health information, for the implementation of peer education laid a foundation.
