In this paper, hydrothermal synthesis technology is used to design and synthesize Keggin type polyoxometalate based inorganic organic hybrid compound {(cow12o40) [Ag (c6h6n4) 3] 2} · H2O modified by transition metal and imidazole ligands. The structures of the two were characterized. The structure of compound {(cow12o40) [Ag (c6h6n4) 3] 2} · H2O was characterized by IR, X-ray single crystal diffraction and PXRD. In this paper, we also studied the fluorescence properties of the compound, broadened the understanding of the existing inorganic and organic hybrid compounds, and accumulated experience in the research and development of new polyoxometalate functional materials.<br>
