Single channel forming is the basis of the whole three-dimensional solid forming and the study of single channel molten pool is the basic process of the whole selection laser melting process. The quality of single channel pool is mainly determined by the following two technological parameters: laser power and scanning speed. Therefore, the research content of single channel forming mainly focuses on the influence of laser power and scanning speed on the surface morphology and weld channel width of the forming.
