The following points are mainly considered in the design process of the automatic feeding system:(1) In-depth understanding and analysis of the process conditions and control requirements of the automatic feeding system.(2) Determine the number of I/O points. According to the functional requirements of the automatic feeding system, determine the user input and output equipment required by the system. Commonly used input devices include buttons, selector switches, etc., and common output devices include indicators.(3) Select the appropriate PLC type according to the number of I/O points.(4) Assign I/O points, assign PLC input and output points, and compile input and output distribution tables or wiring diagrams of input and output terminals.(5) Design the ladder diagram program of the automatic feeding system, which is the core work of the whole asynchronous motor control system design.(6) Run the PLC program through computer simulation to find errors and make the system program more complete.(7) After the PLC software and hardware design is completed, the on-line debugging of the entire system can be carried out. The problems found in the debugging should be eliminated one by one until the debugging is successful.
