Party A and Party B shall establish relevant confidentiality system within their own responsibility to ensure that employees do not disclose secrets. In case of any sign of leakage of the other party's business secrets, the other party shall be informed immediately, and emergency measures shall be taken as far as possible to minimize the loss; in the event of termination of this agreement, both parties shall return (or destroy) all the other party's relevant materials and their backups to the other party, and continue to bear the obligation of confidentiality until the other party makes them public.<br>
