Results: After treatment, the number of migraine attacks and VAS scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those before and after treatment in the control group (P<0.05); the middle cerebral artery (MCA), anterior cerebral artery (ACA), and brain of the observation group after treatment The blood flow velocities of posterior artery (PCA), vertebral artery (VA), and basilar artery (BA) were significantly lower than before treatment (P<0.05); blood flow velocities of ACA, PCA, and VA in the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05); hs-CRP and Hcy in the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those before and after treatment in the control group (P<0.05); there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups of patients (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Gabapentin combined with flunarizine has a more significant effect on improving cerebral blood perfusion, reducing the levels of hs-CRP and Hcy, reducing the onset of migraine, and relieving pain in migraine patients.
