Perfusion and spray casting agents first take off or keep organs perfused in their natural location, ready to find arteries, insert glass tubes or venipuncture needles, and tie with thick silk thread to cleanse blood in vessels with ordinary tap water or warm saline. ABS butanone solution (casting agent) is then injected at a concentration of 5 to 30 per cent at 100 MMHG pressure. The organs injected with casting agent were immersed in 50 °C ~ 60 °C warm water for about 6 hours, which not only kept the original shape of the organs, but also helped to harden the casting agent.
