Cyclization of 1,6-enynes is an effective synthetic method to construct cyclic structure, and has been the focus of chemists. Among them, the asymmetric reductive cyclization of 1,6-enynes has attracted the attention of chemists in the search for different transition metals, chiral ligands and hydrogen sources. Traditional synthesis methods generally use hydrogen, silane, ethanol and borane as hydrogen sources. Although, the reaction has achieved some results. However, it is still the pursuit of organic chemists to find easy to obtain, clean, carbon free, green hydrogen sources.
In this project, rhodium catalyzed asymmetric reductive cyclization of 1,6-enynes with water as hydrogen source was successfully realized. An effective catalytic system was established, and the reductive cyclization products of 1,6-enynes were obtained. The highest yield and EE value were XX% and XX%, respectively. In the future, we will continue to investigate the steric hindrance effect and electronic effect of the reaction, and strive to obtain a catalytic system with wide application, high yield and high enantioselectivity.
