We have tried to locate the community service away from the apartment towers in order not to affect the sales value of the flat. Thus the community thing are put next to OT2. Unfortunately there is a gas station which will affect the planning of the community uses. Will the consultants please show: 1. what is the adverse effect of the gas station on the community layout, and can we adjust the layout of that part of the mall next to OT2 to accommodate the community services, or at least part of them 2. Whether it is possible to relocate the gas station, and what’s the cost involved. The last resort, is to put the community service things at the apartment tower. Having said that It will be better if only some of the less obtrusive community service is located in the apartment tower
