In order to understand the situation of students using the network for self-learning in English, the author will issue a questionnaire on English online self-learning for junior high school students. This questionnaire is divided into three parts, they are: 1) junior high school students network independent learning platform use, 2) affect the factors of online English learning, 3) network English independent learning effect. In the first part, the use of English network self-learning platform for middle school students has six questions, the topic adopts the method of single-choice and multi-choice questions. The second part mainly through the study of the factors affecting students' online English learning, the topics are in the form of single-choice topics. The third part of the study is the effect of independent learning of network English. This part of the use of single-choice questions, multi-choice questions, as well as question-and-answer questions in the form. The authors then analyze the results of these questionnaires after they are issued and collected.
