Our proposal is based on a “gate” system: a period of time is identified (as stated above) where comments are requested and incorporated, after which the “gate” closes. Once this period of time is over, further comments will be considered changes and additional services may be requested. If Production Changes proposed by either Party affect the Firm’s ability to meet the Project’s Schedule based on the most current milestone where the Production Change is proposed, the Firm and the Client must mutually agree upon the schedule change and this must be followed by a revised Approval to Proceed document and Work Order.
