This paper first summarizes the 7-day chain hotel, including its hotel background, development process and operation. Secondly, through the literature review method, this paper obtains the staff turnover of 7-day chain hotel and analyzes its impact on the enterprise. Then, the paper analyzes the reasons of staff turnover rate of 7-day chain hotels from three aspects: social environment, hotel and individual. Thirdly, it puts forward the measures to reduce the employee turnover rate, such as improving the quality of employee recruitment, strengthening the communication with employees and relatively improving the salary and welfare system.
