By improving the conditions for water environmental quality evaluation in the Lanzhou section of the Yellow River and forcing the upper reaches of the Yellow River to improve the management and management of the water environment, this paper takes the water quality index such as dissolved oxygen in the water quality monitoring section of the Lanzhou section of the Yellow River as the research object, and, based on the 2018 measured data, evaluates the water quality of each monitoring section first, and then uses fuzzy clustering analysis methods to cluster each monitoring section. The results show that the water quality of each section is good, according to the actual situation, the section of the Fuhe Bridge and the New town bridge is classified into one category, and the rest of the section is classified into a more reasonable category, that is, the surface water classification standard implemented by the Sushui Bridge and the people and the bridge section is raised from class IV to class III.
