The Ministry of education specially issued the guide to moral education in primary and secondary schools, emphasizing the systematic construction of moral education and promoting the specialization, standardization and effectiveness of moral education. In practice, moral education curriculum is only a part of moral education, and full-time moral education teachers are only a part of teachers.
