优化强脉冲光治疗睑缘炎相关性角结膜病变的临床研究 吕学锋 沈锦霞 陈雅琼 武汉艾格眼科医院 430019[摘要] 目的 探讨优化强脉冲光(OPT)治疗睑缘炎相关性角结膜病变(BKC)的疗效。方法 本研究对54例确诊为BKV患者进行OPT联合激素治疗,在治疗前、治疗后2wk、4wK及8wk进行包括主观症状、睑缘形态、睑板腺分泌物性状及角结膜病变的范围各特征等方面的临床评估。结果 54例BKC患者进行OPT治疗后,各项指标均较前一次明显降低,OSDI评分由治疗前(65.14±18.56)分降至治疗2wk后(38.77±15.13)分、4wk后(29.15±17.42)分、8wk后(13.22±11.57)分(P<0.05),睑缘评分由治疗前(3.46±0.71)分降至2wk后(1.87±1.13)分、4wk后(1.24±0.81)分及8wK的(0.64±0.56)分(P<0.05),睑板腺分泌物性状由治疗前(13.66±1.82)分降至2wk后(9.75±2.32)分、4 wk后的(7.55±2.46)分及8wk后的(5.19±2.51)分(P<0.05)。治疗2wk后,38例患者角膜基质浸润吸收、溃疡大部分愈合、新生血管开始退行,17例治愈,21例有效,总有效率70.4%。治疗4wk后,所有患者睑缘无充血,结膜充血消失,角膜浸润吸收、溃疡愈合、瘢痕形成、新生血管消退,治愈率达100%。所有患者过程中未出现皮肤病损等并发症。结论OPT可以作为BKC的有效的物理治疗手段。关键词: 睑缘炎相关性角结膜病变;优化强脉冲光;皮质类固醇激素
