This paper chooses an office building (complex building) in Yingkou City as the research object. The total building area of this office building is about 15,486 square meters, covering an area of 6,879 square meters. The office building is divided into underground floor and ground floor. The total height of the building is 42 meters. The climate of the city belongs to cold climate. According to Autodesk Revit, the information model of the office building is constructed, and the parameters of the office building are given. It must be set up according to the building instructions. The outer walls of office buildings is the hollow brick wall with the thickness of 250mm. The insulation layer of the wall is benzene board with the thickness of 55mm. The material of the building's roof and the insulation layer is the extruded polystyrene insulation board with the thickness of 110 mm and 100 mm, respectively. Office doors and windows, walls and external decoration projects must be set according to the material specified in the instructions.The information model of office building is shown in Figure 3. Detailed division of the energy region of office building space is the basic condition for the realization of complex building's energy consumption simulation. The energy space of complex building is set up in the plane view of each complex building floor of BIM model [11].
