The position of human resources in small and medium-sized enterprises is very important, therefore, personnel training is one of the most important work of small and medium-sized enterprises. Due to the increase of the complexity of human resources, traditional personnel training has exposed many problems, which can not adapt to the development of modern high-tech enterprises. With the advent of the Internet era, it puts forward new requirements for the talent training of small and medium-sized enterprises. Based on a large number of literature and field research, this paper systematically analyzes the current situation and existing problems of technical staff training in Ningbo small and medium-sized enterprises. The research shows that most of the small and medium-sized enterprises in Ningbo have problems in talent training, such as backward talent management concept, insufficient reserve of innovative talents, unreasonable organizational structure, backward talent training methods and poor talent training There are many problems, such as low efficiency, lack of effective incentive mechanism and so on. Combined with the new characteristics and trends of technical personnel training in the Internet era, aiming at the problems existing in technical personnel training, this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for management innovation, which has strong practical significance to help the development of technical personnel.<br>
