Service quality refers to customers' general impression of service performance, service delivery system and service receiving experience. Measuring service quality mainly includes: service content, interaction quality (interaction quality between campers and coaches), training result quality and environmental quality (including training environment, accommodation design and sports facilities). The coaching profession itself belongs to the service industry, and the service quality directly determines the success and failure of the establishment of the slimming camp and its long-term development. Therefore, coaches should improve their service awareness, communicate with campers more and try their best to meet the needs of campers.
