For the maintenance and development of a potential of launch vehicles (first, of medium and heavy classifications), works on modernization of baseline launchers "Sojuz" and "Proton-K" and orbital transfer vehicles for them (of the "Fregat" type, DM, Briz-M) are being completed, development of the heavy launcher "Angara-A5" on ecologically friendly propellants (oxygen and kerosene) is in progress (Fig. 2). In the context of the Federal Space program for 2006-2015, research and development works on creation of medium-classification rocket spacecomplex of next generation with an increased load lifting capacity up to 15 t in low orbit, as well as on reusable rocket space system and baseline LRE for it are foreseen. As for the light classification, development of aerospace injection system of 4-t load lifting capacity ("Vozdushny start") is of interest.
