At 12-18 on the year, the Magic struggled early and often primarily due to injuries within their lineup. And while the team continues to be a bit shorthanded with Cole Anthony along with Aaron Gordon both being until mid-March due to rib and ankle injuries, they do have leading scorer Vucevic in the lineup alongside Fournier, who is averaging over 20 points per since re-joining the lineup due to injury just 2 games ago. Combine this with some hot-shooting from guard Terrance Ross (16 ppg), and the Magic can indeed finish the season on a strong note offensively. However, they will need to continue to put out max effort on the defensive end while continue to get the ball to Vucevic if they are to win their 3rd-straight win. The big man went just 9-21 shooting in his last matchup versus the Pistons for 19 points and 11 boards (7 assists) while Fournier also posted 19 while going 4-7 from long-range. Ross struggled finishing only 2-12 FG along with 1-9 3FG for 5 points as the Magic allowed the Pistons to get back into the game late while outscoring them in overtime.
