Through 8000xg, centrifugal 5min, remove the bacteria and unreacted chitose. Take 1mL on-liquid and 4mL DNS reagent mixed, boiling water bath 5min after cooling with cold water, the sample diluted with water, at 540nm to determine the reduced sugar content in the upper liquid.

The bacteria and unreacted chitosan were removed by centrifugation at 8000 XG for 5 min. 1 ml of supernatant was mixed with 4 ml DNS reagent. After 5 min of boiling water bath, it was cooled with cold water. After the sample was diluted with water, the reducing sugar content in the supernatant was determined at 540nm.<br>
