・ Excessive grease may ooze during molding.・ Grease adhering to the bolt mounting seat will cause excessive tightening.Remove grease, if any, from the seat.Wait until the heating cylinder head warms. After the heating cylinder temperature has risen, tighten*1 mounting bolts diagonally as shown at left.Tighten them to the appropriate torque 3-4 times, and gradually increase the tightening torque.Install*2 each band heater, as well as thermocouple at the nozzle.① Intermittently set the injection unit change-over switch in the backward position to gradually extend the piston rod so that it can be secured to the clamping plate.Stop the pump motor, and secure the moving piston with bolts*1.① Move the injection unit back and forth several times to conduct nozzle touch, and adjust the nozzle height adjusting screw with a cap wrench to correctly set the nozzle height.② Tighten*1 the adjusting bolt securing nut, and tighten*1 the injection unit securing bolts in front and behind.③ Check if the nozzle touch is correct. If it is incorrect, loosen each securing bolt, and make readjustment by repeating nozzle touch.④ Turn off the power to the heater, and install the heating cylinder cover.⑤ Install the resin receiver and purging cover.*Pipe - For tightening and turning(The pipe for turning should be smaller than the diameter of the hole in the front of the injection unit.)2.Work order① Remove the bolt securing the slide plate of the injection unit.If the bolt cannot be removed because of the valve, etc., shift the injection unitCompletely loosen or remove the nozzle height adjusting bolt.Move it backward to the extent that the piston rod will not be obstructive when the injection unit turns.① Loosen the bolt securing the band heater at the front of the heating cylinder.(Because the heating cylinder head is tightened.)※ When the bolt is in a position where removal is difficult, set the metering value at a maximum and move the screw approx.10 mm forward.(Unless the metering is incomplete, the screw will not move.)Set the speed(rpm)at approx. 10% to turn the screw for positioning.① Apply lubricant to the sliding surface of the injection unit. While exercising care to avoid damage to the wiring and piping, push the injection unit with a pipe from the nonoperation side to the operation side.
