Environmental factors affect the formulation of inspection interval by affecting the component life distribution.<br>From the point of view of system simulation, aiming at the problem of making maintenance intervals according to the situation, the relevant models are constructed based on the analysis of the influence of environmental factors on the interval making. Based on the method of generating random fault data by programming simulation model, the process of establishing maintenance interval is simulated. At the same time, aiming at the problem that the environment has a slow influence on the degradation process of components, a model of the influence of environmental factors on component life is established by using the principle of accelerated life test.<br>Through the model simulation, it is found that under the same security level, the greater the difference between the actual environment and the best environment, the smaller the inspection interval and the higher the maintenance cost.
