This carseat is the best for so many reasons, but the top being it has one of the highest height and weight limits for rear-facing position. It is easy enough to install and remove, but it is quite heavy. Rear facing will likely require you move your driver or passenger seat up, since it has a much larger profile in this position. I currently have one installed rear facing in my GMC Acadia. There is space for my tiny four year old to crawl under through the aisle to get into the car, but not enough room for an adult or older child to pass through. I also have a forward facing one installed and this does allow space for people to get through to the back.
