4.1.3 Suppliers Manuals4.1.3.1 General ScopeThe Supplier shall supply specific information about its Works. All documents shall be delivered electronically. BT will then produce the complete train operation and Maintenance Manual (see 4.1.3.2 below) which will reflect the Supplier’s Works as it is installed.The information for the propulsion equipment, door equipment, brake equipment, bogie equipment and cab / saloon HVACs will be provided by the Supplier directly into the BT TraiMate XML-tool light, a web based editor. into which the Supplier can directly input their manuals and maintenance information.All Suppliers of other equipment and Good’s sub equipment shall provide their manuals information via the Trainingmaterial.4.1.3.1.1 Safety RequirementsWithin the Maintenance Manual (see chapter 4.1.3.2 below) and Operating Instructions (see chapter 4.1.3.3), the supplier shall provide all necessary information for safe assembly, operation and maintenance of their goods. All safety-critical operations and saftey-critical items shall be highlighted.The necessary information shall be gathered from the Hazard Log as defined in chapter 2.4.2.2.3. Information which is lacking or ambiguous can lead to a hazard and BT may regard such to be a violation of product safety.4.1.3.2 Maintenance Manual
