What would happen if a charger was used that went above 5.5V? How would the unit react, what could potentially happen? Are there any hazards?
There are some chargers that can charge at high voltages, I’ve attached a picture of one we found for your reference.
I also require more information on the following:
Over Voltage ProtectionWhat is the maximum voltage that the unit is protected against and can operate safely afterwards with no issues
At what voltage will the protection not work? At what voltage will we start facing potential risks? What are the risks?
Over Charge ProtectionHow does the unit protect itself from over charging or over discharging?
Under any circumstance can this protection feature be overrided where a unit becomes over charges and causes damage to the hardware
Short Circuit protectionWhat does the unit do to protect itself against short circuits?
What happens to the unit if a short circuit occurs? Does it lose its functionability? Are any specific components damaged?
Under what circumstance will the short circuit protection feature not work? What would happen if the short circuit protection does not activate?
