This mold design introduces the die design of the special-shaped pipe joint in detail. The mold design mainly adopts one mold, two chambers, single parting surface and side pouring gate. At the same time, the slide block, the inclined guide pillar and the ejector sleeve demoulding mechanism are used. When opening the mold, the sliding block first pulls the core against the self weight side of the inclined guide pillar, and then, with the movement of the mechanism, the ejected sliding block ejects the part, and then falls down against the self weight movement of the injection molding part. The ejecting device must reset the protruding sleeve and the type pin in advance when the slider is reset, otherwise the ejecting sleeve of the slider will directly block the type pin from moving forward. Therefore, the spring must have enough transmission ability to force the ejector to return. According to the temperature requirements of the task, in the process of injection molding and molding of each plastic part, the mold and plastic part need to have appropriate cooling temperature, so four cooling water pipes are set on the injection molding mold to control the cooling temperature of each plastic part and mold.
