小学生课堂注意力分散的现象一直是学校、教师、家长以及教学研究者普遍关注的重要问题。当前小学生低年级数学课堂注意力分散现象比较严重，如何提高学生的数学课堂注意力已成为小学数学教师课堂教学的重要任务。课堂注意力集中的程度是影响教学质量和教学效果以及学生学习效果的重要因素，研究小学生课堂注意力分散问题，对于提高课堂教学效果具有重要的现实意义。在阅读相关文献的基础上，先对以往与小学生注意力相关的研究成果有一个初步的了解，本人通过运用课堂观察和问卷调查（教师问卷）这两种方法来搜集和整理石家庄市某小学的1-2年级的小学生数学课堂注意力情况，通过调查发现，小学生课堂注意力分散是常见的课堂问题行为之一，具有普遍性的特点。针对这些特点，从教师、学生以及课堂教学环境三个大的方面归纳总结出导致低年级小学生数学课堂注意力分散的原因，就学生课堂注意力的影响因素而言，教师主要是从教学设计自身的修养，教学方法等方面影响学生的课堂注意力，学生自身主要是从生理方面的年龄特点，身体状况以及课间活动强度，心理方面的情绪好坏以及学习兴趣等方面影响课堂注意力，课堂内外环境主要是由教师室内环境以及教师外杂音干扰学生的课堂注意力。再在此基础上提出以下具有针对性的教学改进策略：<br>教师要优化课堂教学结构, 着眼于小学低年级学生身心发展特点。根据具体的教学内容，运用科学的教学方法以及合理的教具辅助教学。根据具体的教学内容，运用科学的教学方法以及合理的教具辅助教学。积极采取正面评价，强化学生注意力。积极采取正面评价，强化学生注意力等等。学生则需要加强体育锻炼，培养良好的学习习惯。尽量排除课堂内外环境，对学生课堂注意力的干扰，合理设计教师内部环境来集中学生的课堂注意力。
