Based on this, this paper takes the traffic obstruction caused by emergencies and secondary disasters into consideration, combines cumulative prospect theory with evolutionary game theory, and uses replicator to dynamically describe the game learning behavior of rescuers' path selection, and constructs an evolutionary game model of limited rational rescuers' multi strategy set, The rationality of the model is verified by an example, and the dynamic evolution process of path selection and the sensitivity analysis of parameters are shown.<br>
