青蒿素是从黄花蒿中提取的一种倍半萜内酯类化合物,是屠呦呦研究团队发现 抗疟有效成分[32] 。青蒿素不易溶于水且利用度极低， 目前已经研制出多种青蒿素 衍生物加以改善原始性能,这些衍生物包括青蒿琥酯、双氢青蒿素和蒿甲醚等[33] 。 青蒿琥酯(artesunate,Art)又称青蒿酯 ，化学名 DHA- 1,2-α- 琥珀酸单酯 ，分子式 C19O8H28,结构式如图 1 。具有高效、低毒、水溶性好、不易产生耐受、易于吸收的 特点,是治疗重症疟疾一线治疗药物[34]。除了可以治疗重度疟疾,Art 还有抗脓毒症、 对乳腺癌、结直肠癌等多种肿瘤具有抗癌作用[35-36]。

It has the characteristics of high efficiency, low toxicity, good water solubility, difficult tolerance and easy absorption. It is the first-line treatment drug for severe malaria [34]. In addition to treating severe malaria, Art also has anti cancer effects, such as breast cancer, colorectal cancer and many other cancers. [35-36]
