• Demos will follow a set schedule of start and stop times. See the Structured Demo Execution Timeline on the Tastes and Tips category page for the full timeline.• The Event Specialist will pull product for their demo from the floor, remove the UPC and store it with the Demo Detail Sheet at their cart. • Typically a demo sample should be the size of two bites. Either flat toothpicks or soufflé cups should be utilized for most demos. • Any demo samples that are hot or cold must be served temperature appropriate according to Food Safety regulations. Tastes and Tips Club Supervisors will provide Event Specialists with a temperature log that requires them to regularly test the temperature of every batch of samples they prepare.
