基于超声波的颗粒测量发展迅速,但是对于多层柔性管内部矿石颗粒测量的研究尚未有人进行。本文在理论分析和仿真的基础之上,对多层柔性管内矿石颗粒的测量进行研究。基于各种衰减模型,比较了ECAH模型、UA模型、HT模型和BLBL模型,分析了不同频率、粒径和浓度下的超声波衰减机理。通过COMSOL Multiphysics建立多层模型,得到多层管道中超声波的衰减系数,利用最有正则化算法对粒径进行反演,得到矿石颗粒的粒径和浓度。结果表明,BLBL模型适用于超声波衰减法反演矿石颗粒粒径和浓度。

Ultrasonic-based particle measurement has developed rapidly, but no research has been carried out on the measurement of ore particles inside multi-layer flexible pipes. On the basis of theoretical analysis and simulation, this paper studies the measurement of ore particles in multi-layer flexible pipes. Based on various attenuation models, the ECAH model, the UA model, the HT model and the BLBL model were compared, and the ultrasonic attenuation mechanisms at different frequencies, particle sizes and concentrations were analyzed. The multi-layer model was established by COMSOL Multiphysics to obtain the attenuation coefficient of ultrasonic waves in the multi-layer pipeline, and the particle size and concentration of the ore particles were obtained by using the most regularized algorithm to invert the particle size. The results show that the BLBL model is suitable for inversion of ore particle size and concentration by ultrasonic attenuation method.
