Particle measurement based on ultrasonic has developed rapidly, but no one has studied the measurement of ore particles in multilayer flexible tubes. Based on theoretical analysis and simulation, this paper studies the measurement of ore particles in multilayer flexible tubes. Based on various attenuation models, ECAH model, UA model, HT model and BLBL model are compared, and the ultrasonic attenuation mechanism under different frequencies, particle sizes and concentrations is analyzed. The multilayer model is established by COMSOL Multiphysics, and the attenuation coefficient of ultrasonic wave in multilayer pipeline is obtained. The particle size is inverted by the most regularized algorithm, and the particle size and concentration of ore particles are obtained. The results show that BLBL model is suitable for inversion of ore particle size and concentration by ultrasonic attenuation method.
