主要的问题来自转子和平衡头 <br>截止到目前已经更换了5个转子，另外现场还有5个转子元旦后客户将派人去现场更换，根据DITTEL的手册上的说明，转子的工作温度不能超过55°，我们在今年8月份对现场温度做了测试。<br> 机床主轴温度加上环境温度，确实会超过55°。<br>由于机床主轴的密封无法完全的阻止油和水进入主轴，因此会导致平衡头故障，虽然客户提升了密封性，但效果一般，风险一直存在。
