Results have shown that LINC00511 can promote the proliferation, migration, invasive ness and EMT process of liver cancer cells. Therefore, we believe that: LINC00511 in HCC expression increased to promote liver cancer cells to obtain a strong proliferation, migration and invasion capacity. However, the reasons for THE uplift of LINC00511 in HCC and the mechanism of downstream effect are not clear, and need further study.
