But in fact, it did not, and the project is still managed in the traditional way. The whole plan is very general. There is only a thick line schedule. The systems are carried out separately and do not communicate with each other. In addition, when contracting out projects, CAD, CAPP and PDM systems are packaged to another well-known software developer. Different software developers use different development tools, work in different ways, and it's very difficult to coordinate, often in confusion. Moreover, the developed system and our ERP system can't be effectively integrated, forming an isolated information island.
