The induction program covers social compliance policies and national labor laws. The workers have convenient access to a document that explains the relevant national labor laws and it is written in a language that workers understand.Employment agreements of foreign contract workers include expenses covered by the facility and the itemized amount and manner of deductions made by either the facility or the labor brokers.The facility maintains on file the list of labor brokers and contracts with the labor brokers. A list/register of all foreign contract workers is also maintained.
