IV. Research on the improvement of the Teaching idea of Kindergarten Teachers' Picture BookThe survey found that most teachers did not carry on the in-depth research and study to the picture book before carrying on the picture book teaching. Although the kindergarten very encouraged the teacher to carry out the picture book teaching, but the method is not appropriate, often neglects the teacher's interest, the teaching level and the understanding degree of the picture book, directly gives the teacher the teaching material, does not give the teacher the opportunity to know the picture book, the picture book even likes the picture book. In order to complete the teaching task, teachers can only carry out the teaching of picture books like a horse, and their understanding of picture books is still a state of half understanding.In view of the problem that teachers do not know enough about the teaching concepts of picture books and picture books, the researchers first organize teachers to carry out training to help teachers understand the picture books and their characteristics, values and differences from other types of picture books, as well as how to analyze the picture books from what aspects.
