Through investigation, we find that there are some problems in the use of middle school tools in the low-grade mathematics classroom teaching: the inefficient use of learning tools in the classroom, on the one hand, the teaching tools are used in the display class or open class for the purpose of active classroom atmosphere, and for operation, the form leads to inefficiency; on the one hand, teachers are not in place and operate when using the tools teaching On the one hand, the students' participation in operation is not enough to lead to inefficiency. Through the above research, the paper puts forward the effective strategies to solve this problem in the third chapter, including building a good learning tool use environment, teachers comprehensively improving the use level of learning tools and improving students' enthusiasm for using the learning tools.<br>
